The course wasn't too 'heavy' and provided all the basics we needed to be able to operate a craft in close quarters and also out in open water. Both of us had some experience but the course was invaluable in giving that extra confidence to get out and about - 100% recommended! Our instructor was interesting and knowledgeable and made the course a very relaxing experience.
