Complaints Procedure
If you or any member of your party have any concerns you agree that these will be brought to our attention immediately. In most circumstances, a swift resolution can be provided. Initially raise your concern with your instructor, if you still feel the matter is unresolved, the chief instructor should be contacted.
If at this point you feel it has not been resolved and you wish to complain further, we will only accept formal written notice of your complaint by email, acknowledged with a return confirmation of receipt email, within 28 days from the end of your booking with us.
