RYA Coastal Skipper Theory Course

What the course delivers

The RYA Coastal Skipper theory course builds on the RYA Day Skipper theory course to extend your seamanship knowledge.

This is a comprehensive program designed to provide our students with a thorough understanding of chartwork, tidal effects, precision navigation techniques, advanced meteorology and seamanship.

We use both video and text to provide a complete learning experience. The videos are filmed directly on a boat to provide realism. The modules are designed as easily learned packages with regular evaluations.
